1. Agreement

Using solarcontractservices.com, reading the guides, running a self-check or document scan, starting a review, uploading files, or booking a call means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms are in English; if a Spanish translation is published later, English controls if they differ.

2. Who we are

Solar Contract Services LLC ("Solar Contract Services," "we," "us") operates this website and the document review offered on it. Contact: info@solarcontractservices.com. About us.

3. What this service is

A free, no-obligation review of a signed residential solar or finance agreement. Intake is about three minutes. A signed agreement is required before a specialist call. You can stop anytime; progress can be saved. Supporting paperwork can follow. How it works and What we review.

These Terms cover the whole site and every tool on it: the free review, document scan, self-check, situation pages, guides, and any call or email that follows.

4. What this service is not

We are not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a prediction of an outcome. We are not a credit repair organization, a debt relief company, a lender, an installer, a utility, or a government agency, and we cannot speak for any of them. We do not pull a credit report. We do not promise cancellation, a lower payment, a cleared balance, a tax-credit result, or any other outcome. Results depend entirely on the facts of an individual agreement. 5. Cost and funding

The review costs the homeowner nothing and carries no obligation. Participating partners fund our operations. No provider pays us a referral fee or other payment for an individual introduction.

6. Eligibility and coverage

You must be 18 or older. The review is for residential solar agreements. Coverage varies and it changes. Intake asks for ZIP early and tells you if we are not working your area.

7. Your information and uploads

Answers and extracted terms should be true to your knowledge. Only upload documents you have a right to share (yours, or you have permission). Do not upload another person's file to impersonate them.

8. Documents and the review file

Uploaded documents are used to conduct the review. A signed solar or finance agreement is required before a specialist call. How we store and share data is in the Privacy Policy, not duplicated here. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on data practices, Privacy controls.

9. Tools we use

Software may read an upload to pull fields the review needs (parties, payment, rate, dates). Part of that reading may use an AI model. What the software finds is shown so it can be confirmed or corrected. The software does not decide your matter. Details: Privacy Policy, AI-assisted document reading.

10. Specialist review

A specialist walks through what the documents say compared with what you were told, in ordinary words. Timing after intake depends on the file. We do not give a turnaround time before anyone has read the paperwork.

11. Optional introductions

If you ask for help beyond the review, we may identify a law firm or other provider whose stated scope fits the information you gave. We tell you who they are before anything is shared. Nothing is shared unless you agree. Their work is a separate relationship under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not that provider.

12. Payments and credit

Keep handling payments exactly as you do now. Nobody at this company will tell you to change how you pay. Whether anything later affects credit depends on what you decide to do with others. We are not a credit repair organization. FAQ on payments and credit.

13. Your conduct

Do not misuse the site, attack it, scrape it to run a copycat service, or abuse staff. We can refuse or close a review that is not genuine, outside scope, or abusive.

14. Site content

Guides and situations are general information, not advice about your file. We may change pages at any time.

15. Privacy

Privacy Policy. That page covers collection, Anthropic/AI reading, cookies, analytics, session replay, Meta Pixel, retention, rights, calls/texts, and deletion requests.

16. Emails, calls, and texts

Service email about a review you started is part of the service. Automated/prerecorded calls or texts happen only if you opt in; that box is never required to get a review. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email us. Call recording only with consent. Details: Privacy Policy.

17. Intellectual property

Site copy, design, and marks belong to Solar Contract Services LLC. You may not copy the service, scrape the content for a competing intake, or use the name in a way that implies we endorse you.

18. No warranty

The site and review are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a review will create options in your agreement or that the site will always be available.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law: we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or a free review. Because you pay us nothing for the review, our total liability for claims arising out of the review or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for it (zero) or the minimum amount Nevada law does not allow us to disclaim, whichever applies. This does not limit liability that the law says cannot be limited.

20. Indemnity

If a claim comes from files you uploaded without authority, from your misuse of the site, or from your breaking these Terms, you will cover the reasonable cost of that claim to us.

21. Other sites and providers

Outbound links and introduced providers are not Solar Contract Services. Their terms control their work.

22. Changes

We will post a new effective date and version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For a material change that affects an open review file, we may also email the address on that file.

23. Governing law and disputes

Nevada law governs these Terms and any dispute about the site or the review, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, email info@solarcontractservices.com with a short description and wait 30 days so we can try to fix it.

If it is not resolved: either side may use small-claims court if the claim belongs there, or a state or federal court in Nevada. There is no forced arbitration and no class-action waiver in these Terms.
