People arrive here worried and behind on information. The least we can do is be exact about who is on the other end.
What we are
- A team that reads residential solar agreements for a living, and can tell you what yours says.
- A free first review, with no obligation attached to it and no cost to find out.
- A partner-funded operation: homeowners do not pay for a review, and no provider pays us for an individual introduction.
What we are not
- Not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
- Not a credit repair organization and not a debt relief company.
- Not a lender, installer, utility, or government agency, and not able to speak for any of them.
- Not able to tell you what your outcome will be. Anyone who does that before reading your file is guessing.
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them
This is our whole process. There is no step where something happens to your agreement without you deciding it should.
Step 1: Start your review
You answer a few questions about your system, your agreement, and what you were told. Rough figures are fine.
Step 2: Document review
You can begin with the details you know. Before a specialist call, upload a signed solar or finance agreement; supporting paperwork can follow.
Step 3: Contract evaluation
A specialist reads the actual document against what you were told, and identifies the terms that matter for your situation.
Step 4: Introduction, if you request it
If you ask for help beyond the review, we may identify a provider whose stated scope fits the information you gave us.
Step 5: Your decision
You decide whether to contact a provider or take any further step. Any service you choose after an introduction is separate from this review.
