What we are

- People who will tell you when there is nothing here for us to work on — that answer is free too.
What we are not
- Not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
- Not a credit repair organization and not a debt relief company.
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any lender, installer, utility, or government agency.
- Not able to tell you what your outcome will be. Anyone who does that before reading your file is guessing.
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them
This is our whole process. There is no step where something happens to your agreement without you deciding it should.
Step 1: Investigation
You answer a few questions about your system, your agreement, and what you were told. Rough figures are fine.
Step 2: Document review
You send us the paperwork you have: the agreement, a recent utility bill, anything you signed. If you cannot find it, we will tell you where to look.
Step 3: Contract evaluation
A specialist reads the actual document against what you were told, and identifies the terms that matter for your situation.
Step 4: Negotiation
If your file is one we take on, we handle the correspondence and the back-and-forth on your behalf.
Step 5: Resolution
We work the file to a conclusion and tell you where it stands at each point along the way.
