Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

Will this cancel my solar agreement?

We cannot tell you that, and you should be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise before reading your documents. What we can tell you is what your agreement says, how it compares to what you were told, and what options exist in your situation. Some files have something to work with. Some do not, and we will say so.

What does it cost?

The review is free and carries no obligation. If your file is one we would take on, the fee is explained to you in full before you agree to anything. There is no charge for finding out.

Should I keep making my payments?

Keep doing exactly what you are doing now. We do not advise anyone to change how they handle their payments, and no one at this company will ever tell you to. If that question matters to your situation, it is one for a licensed professional who knows your full financial picture.

Are you a law firm?

No. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice. If your situation calls for a lawyer, we will say so.

How long does it take?

The intake is about three minutes. What comes after depends on your documents and your situation, and we are not willing to put a number on it before we have read your file. A specific timeline offered before anyone has seen your paperwork is a sales tactic, not an estimate.

Will this affect my credit?

That depends on your specific situation and on what you decide to do — which is why we talk it through with you rather than making a blanket claim. We are not a credit repair organization and we do not represent ourselves as one.

What if I cannot find my paperwork?

Very common, and not a reason to wait. Start the review with what you remember. Part of what a specialist does is help you get copies of documents you are entitled to have.

Do you work in my state?

Coverage varies and it changes. The review asks for your ZIP early on and tells you straight away if we are not currently working in your area — no run-around.

What happens to my information?

It is not sold. It is used to conduct your review and to have a specialist follow up the way you asked to be contacted. Text-message consent is separate, optional, and never required to get a review.

What actually happens on the call?

A specialist walks you through what your documents say, answers your questions, and tells you what your options are. If there is nothing there, that is what you will hear. There is no obligation at the end of it.

About us

What we are, and what we are not

People arrive here worried and behind on information. The least we can do is be exact about who is on the other end.

What we are

  • A team that reads residential solar agreements for a living, and can tell you what yours says.
  • A free first review, with no obligation attached to it and no cost to find out.
  • People who will tell you when there is nothing here for us to work on — that answer is free too.

What we are not

  • Not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
  • Not a credit repair organization and not a debt relief company.
  • Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any lender, installer, utility, or government agency.
  • Not able to tell you what your outcome will be. Anyone who does that before reading your file is guessing.
